The staff was excellent and outstandingly friendly for a 3-star hotel. the deluxe king room we booked was spotless. the setting was wonderful, located next to Vulcan Monument Park and Museum, a nice shopping center, and a soccer tournament.

We loved spending 2 nights here. The hotel was absolutely great and beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, efficient all the time. Our room was beautifully designed and compact with Starbucks coffee. The location was great and comfortable. The room was tidy. Moreover, the area was safe.
